摘  要:注水开发后期日益出现的地质问题及油套管的严重损坏 ,制约了油田的开发效果。针对河南油田注水开发中存在的上述问题 ,通过对超细水泥堵剂配方、堵剂性能、适应性等方面的研究 ,可实现对油井的高含水层、注水井的停注无用层、油水井套管外窜槽、穿孔、丝扣处的漏失等方面的封堵 ,取得了显著效果。自 1998年 8月 -2 0 0 1年 12月在河南油田应用 6 1井次 ,有效率 85 .3%,其中油井 36井次 ,年度累计增油 1.4 4 1× 10 4t,降水 7.6 12 3×10 4m3 ;水井封堵 2 5井次 ,累计增注 14 .32× 10 4m3 ,控制无效注水 16 .95× 10 4m3 ,创效益 180 0多万元 ,投入产出比达1∶11.36 ,具有广泛的推广应用价值。More and more geologic factors and seriously damaged tubings in after-development of water injection have influenced development effect. According to above problems exist in water injection development in Henan Oilfield, formulation, performance and adaptability and so on of water shutoff agent of superfine cement have been studied. At last the study have gained evidence plugging effect, the agent can plug high water cut oil well formation of oil well , abandoned un-injection formulation of water injection well, channeling, perforation and leaking in thread on outside casing of oil and water well.During the period From August 1998 to December 2001, the technique was used in wells 61 times,36 of which were in oil wells and 25 in water wells, It's efficiency has attained to 85.3%.Oil Production total incresed 1.441×10 4t,water amount decresed to 7.6123×10 4m 3 yearly.Injection wells increased water amount by 14.32×10 4 m 3 ,the amount of non-effective injecting water is controlled by 16.95×10 4 m 3 ,and gained 18.52 million RMB, input-output ratio is 1:11.36, so the technique is worth being widely popularized.
