摘　　要：针对二连油田抽油机井杆管断脱特点 ,从机理研究、杆柱设计、工况影响等方面对造成杆管断脱的原因进行了分析 ,结合现场实际情况 ,提出了杆管断脱综合治理技术思路 ,根据不同区块的技术特点实施不同的治理措施 ,使二连油田抽油机井杆管断脱逐年上升的趋势得到遏制 ,对老油田开发调整具有重要的借鉴意义。According to the feature of rod separating from well pumping unit in Erlian Oilfield, the cause of separating are studied on mechanism, rod design, work influence and so on. Connected with actual conditions on site, a comprehensive process idea for rod separating is put forward, and corresponding treatment measure is taken according to feature of technique in different tract. The increasing trend of rod separating from well pumping unit year by year is controlled, the technique has an important value for development adjustment in old Oilfield.
