摘　　要：介绍了光子相关光谱法测量纳米颗粒粒径分布的基本理论,并着重讨论了累积分析这一数据处理方法,结合计算机数值计算结果,说明了光子相关光谱法的适用性以及需要进一步研究改进的问题。In this paper the basic principle of photon correlation spectroscopy is intro-duced and the method of cumulants is described in detail among several fundamental algo-rithms. According to the results of numerical calculation, still analyzed here is the applicabilityof photon correlation spectroscopy and some problems related to the further development are al-so discussed.
