摘　　要：简述了《炼钢》杂志的办刊方针 ,回顾和分析了创刊 18年来共 10 0期录用文章对办刊方针的体现简况 ,并对进一步办好《炼钢》杂志提出了意见。The guiding principles to the bimonthly 《Steel-making》 are briefly described and the embodiment of those principles in the articles published in all the 100 issues in the past 18 years since the first publication of the magazine reviewed and analyzed and proposals about further improvement in the magazine put forward.
