摘　　要：应用智能管理系统的设计理论和方法,为大庆油田开发了采油智能管理系统OIMS。本文介绍OIMS的系统结构与功能,设计方法与实现技术。According to the theory and methodology of Intelligent Management System (IMS), the paper have developed the Oil-mine Intelligent Managenent System (OIMS) in Daging., The system structure and function, the methods and technology of design and implementation of OIMS are discussed.
