复方芦荟胶囊通便作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方芦荟胶囊与治疗便秘有关的主要药理作用。方法通过对正常小鼠粪便性状 ,排便频度和肠道推进运动的影响 ,以及燥结便秘模型小鼠排便功能的影响 ,观察复方芦荟胶囊的通便作用。结果复方芦荟胶囊能够软化粪便 ,促进粪便排出 ,表现为粪便湿润、膨松、成型、排出湿粪颗粒数增加 ,首次排出黑便时间缩短 ,提高了小肠炭末推进百分率 ,增加小肠湿重 ,缩短燥结型便秘小鼠的首次排便时间 ,增加黑便颗粒及黑便重量 ,与空白对照组比较有显著性差别 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ;与阳性药便秘舒比较 ,无显著差别。结论复方芦荟胶囊具有软化粪便 ,促进排便 。Objective To investigate the remedial effects of the Capsulae Aloes Compositae(CAC) on the constipation. Methods The cathartic effects of the CAC on the excrementitious properties, the defecate frequency and the intestinal propulsion in normal mice, and the mice with constipation induced by the water free diet were studied. Results The CAC intenerated the stool and accelerated the discharge of stool. The results showed the stool was wet, inflatable and molding, increased the quantity of the stool granules and shortened the time of the bowel movement at the first time in the normal and constipation induced by the mice with the water free diet, enhanced the intestinal propulsive rate, increased the wet weight of small intestines ( P <0 05 or 0 01). Conclusions The CAC can intenerate the stool, accelerate the discharge of the stool and treat constipation.
