摘　　要：目的　建立薄层扫描法测定牛黄解毒片中胆酸的含量。方法　以异辛烷 -正丁醚 -冰醋酸 (8∶ 5∶ 5 )为展开剂 ;10 %硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂 ;双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ;λS=390 nm ,λR=6 5 0 nm。结果　通过方法学考察 ,点样量在 0 .4 98～ 2 .4 9μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为 :Y=5 3480 .16 +15 96 38.16 C,r=0 .9976 ;平均回收率为 98.5 (n=5 ,RSD=1.6 )。结论　实验表明 ,方法可靠 ,数据准确 。Objective To establish a method for determination of cholic acid in Niuhuangjiedu tablet.Methods Dual wavelength reflection zigzag scanning was performed:λ S=390 nm, λ R=650 nm;developing solvent:a mixture of isooctane,n beutyl ether, and acetic acid glacial (8∶5∶5);coloring agent: an alcoholic solution of sulfuric acid (10%).Results A methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.498 μg to 2.49μg of the sample added. Regression equation is Y=53 480.16+159 638.16C(r=0.997 6);average recovery is 98.5% (n=5,RSD=1.6%). Conclusion This method is reliable ,accrate and simple..
