益精胶囊治疗少精症138例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察益精胶囊对少精症的治疗效果。方法　 1 68例少精症患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 1 38例口服益精胶囊 ,对照组 30例口服克罗米酚 ,观察 2组对少精症的临床疗效、升精作用及对性激素水平的影响。结果　治疗组睾酮、精子数量和精子的活动度均明显增加 ,并且畸变的精子数量明显减少 ,2组患者治疗后性激素变化无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　益精胶囊对少精症具有明显的升精作用 ,并能提高精子活动度 。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yijing capsule on azoospermia. Methods 168 patients with azoospermia were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group (n=138)  Yijing capsule was orally taken;in control group(n=30)clomiphene was orally taken. The therapeutic effect,the effect of increasing sperm and the effect on hormone level were observed.Results The testosterone ,number of sperm and activity of sperm in treatment group was significantly increased (P<0.01),and the number of deformed sperm was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in the state of sex hormone between two groups.Conclusion Yijing capsule has definite effect of enhancing sperm,which can increase the activity of sperm and decrease the deformation of sperm.
