摘　　要：对城市建设战略观念及其意义进行了界定 ,对其内容概括为管理规划观念、环境经济观念、综合开发观念、全面设计观念、城市装修观念、以人为本观念、城市文化观念等七个方面 。This paper presents the definition of both the strategic idea of urban construction and its meaning, and discusses the contents in details, which includes seven aspects. They are management and planning idea, environmental economy idea, comprehensive development idea, overall design idea, city decoration idea, people-based idea, city cultural idea and so on.
