摘　　要：从物业管理企业的自身内部因素及客观外部环境出发 ,多角度、多方面、多层次地对我国目前物业管理行业运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析和总结 ,就政府、开发商、物业管理企业、业主等方面如何解决这些问题 。Based on the factors both inside and outside of property management(PM)enterprise,this paper analyzes and studies the problems in Chinese PM operation in different levels and aspects,and proposes special suggestions and policies for governments,developers,clients and property management enterprises.
