摘　　要：:阐述了缔约过失责任的概念、特征、主要表现形式、与违约责任的区别 ,及《合同法》这一项新规定在建筑活动中的重要意义。着重分析了缔约过失责任在建筑活动中的主要表现、存在原因和危害。提出在建筑活动中应该重视缔约过失责任 。The unpremeditated fault duty is a new stipulation in 'The law of contract of People's Republic of China'. This stipulation will play a very important role in conforming to the standard for concluding a contract in architecture activities In this paper, we give some comments on this new stipulation.
