鳗鲡某些繁殖生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：自然界生活的成年鳗鲡,普遍是雌性个体较大,雄性个体较小。体长在400mm以下全为雄性,700mm以上全为雌性。400～700mm之间雌、雄均有出现。随着体长的增长,雄鳗出现率渐减,而雌鳗出现率渐增。肥满度是雌性稍大于雄性。雌、雄个体的体长与体重关系为W=5 596×10-8L3 492,W♀=4 72×10-7L3 165,W♂=1 317×10-8L3 717。体围与体长、消化道长与体长的关系分别为Y=0 22L-34 82,D=0 56L-12 11。达性成熟年龄的雌、雄鳗蓄养在淡水或海水中,其性腺成熟系数都很小。在人工催熟情况下,雌、雄鳗的性腺成熟系数都显著增加;在一定范围内,雌鳗体重与体围都随催熟注射次数的增加而逐渐增大;肝体系数也有一定的增加。Females and males range from 700 mm to 400 mm in body length in nature, which female eel is bigger than male eel. The percentage of the male decreased gradually, but the percentage of the female increased gradually with increases in body length. The condition factor (K) of females is bigger than that of male. Relationship between body length and weight of sexual eel are expressed as W=5.596×10-8L3.492, W♀=4.72×10-7L3.165,W♂=1.317×10-8L3.717. Relationship between perimeter, intestine length and body length of mature eels are expressed as Y=0.22L-34.82, D=0.56L-12.11. When the mature eels are cultured in fresh water and sea water, their gonadosomatic indexes are very low. The gonadosomatic indexes of the mature eels are obviously increased, the body weight and body perimeter increased gradually with increases in frequency of injection of hormone,and the liver coefficient of the female is increased regularly under artificial induction of gonadal maturation.
