患"颤抖病"中华绒螯蟹病原的电镜观察

摘　　要：对患典型颤抖病中华绒螯蟹Eriocheirsinensis的组织进行了超薄切片电镜观察,结果发现在病蟹的鳃上皮细胞、肝胰腺上皮细胞和血淋巴细胞中有一种微生物大量寄生。该微生物的大小介于病毒和细菌之间,具有明显的细胞壁和细胞膜双层结构,但无明显的细胞核。从该微生物的细胞大小、形态结构和寄生部位上初步判定为一种类立克次氏体。Chinese mitten-handed crabs Eriocheir sinensis suffering from'appendage shaking disease' was observed under an electron microscope. Rickettsia-like organisms (RLO) were observed in cytoplasm of gill epithelia, hepatopancreas cells and hemolymph cells. The RLO with cell wall was smaller than bacteria but larger than virus and had cell membrane without nucleoid area. The RLO was characterized by Rickettsia-like organisms in terms of cell structure, cell morphological polymorphism, parasitic location and inclusion formation. 
