摘 要:目的 :研究放射复合伤伤口愈合中循环血 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律及其与愈合延迟的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测循环血 T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 :伤口区病理形态学观察表明 ,大剂量局部照射后能导致伤口愈合延迟 ;照射后白细胞数出现下降 ,伤后 3~ 5日降低较为明显 ,显著低于单纯创伤组 ;伤后 2组动物循环血 T淋巴细胞及其亚群均出现降低 ,然而照射组始终低于单纯创伤组 ,致伤后 2 8日仍然有显著性差别。结论 :照射后循环血 T淋巴细胞及其亚群的降低和白细胞数的下降是辐射延迟伤口愈合的重要原因。Objective:To study the changes of peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations and their relationship to radiationdelayed wound healing of rats.Methods:Peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations were estimated by immunohistochemical method of alkaline phosphatase.Results:It was found that the local large doses radiation can induce the delayed wound healing of rats;white blood cells decreased after radiation and it was obvious on day 3,5 after radiation;T lymphocyte subpopulation of both groups showed decrement after wound,however,the decrement in radiation compound group was more evident than that in simple wound group,and up to day 28 after wound there was still significant difference between of them.Conclusions:The decrement of peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations and the decrease of white blood cells was the important reason of radiationdelayed wound healing in rats.
