摘  要:对电力装岩机半喇叭口零件的工艺改进进行了分析总结 ,并对该零件的工艺过程、改进后的经济效益进行了全面对比。生产实践表明 ,改进后工效提高近10倍 ,成本降至原成本的21% 。The technological improvement in the half-bell-mouthed part of the electric rock-loading machine was analyzed and summarized. A full comparison of the technological process of the part and the economic benefit after the improvement were made. Production practiced showed that the working efficiency after the improvement increased by nearly 10 times, while the production cost decreased to 21% of the original one. The improvement offered helpful experience for the full technological improvement of the rock-loading machine.
