摘　　要：对75MN铝型材挤压机双层扁挤压筒在挤压过程中的应力状态及其影响因素进行了分析 ,提出增加层数是降低模具应力集中的有效方法。The stress state of the double-layer flat extrusion barrel of the 75MN aluminum section extruder in the course of extrusion and the affecting factor were analyzed. It was proposed that increasing the layer number was an effective way to decrease the concentration of die stress.
