摘　　要：目的探索晚期氧化蛋白产物Advanced oxidation protein products(AOPPs)在Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠不同发育阶段卵泡中的表达情况。方法选取8周左右重约200 g的SD雌性大鼠,剪取双侧卵巢,以小鼠抗AOPPs单抗(克隆号:3F2)及二抗进行免疫组化染色,显微镜下观察各个发育阶段的卵泡中的AOPPs表达情况。结果 AOPPs在SD大鼠不同发育阶段的卵泡中均有表达,其表达部位主要在卵泡的颗粒细胞和膜细胞胞浆;排卵后的黄体中AOPPs呈阳性表达,尤其在膜黄体细胞胞浆中呈颗粒状强阳性表达;闭锁卵泡中AOPPs在紊乱的颗粒细胞层及固缩的卵母细胞中均呈阳性表达。结论 SD大鼠不同发育阶段的卵泡中均有AOPPs表达,一定水平的AOPPs可能与卵巢颗粒细胞功能及卵母细胞发育密切相关。Objective To detect the expression levels of advanced oxidation protein products( AOPPs) in Sprague-Dawley( SD) rats follicles at different developmental stages.Methods 8-weeks-old SD female rats weighting 200 g were picked for collecting ovaries,the expression levels of AOPPs in follicles at different developmental stages were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results AOPPs were found in SD rats follicles at every developmental stage.AOPPs mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of granular cells and thecal cells.And in the corpus luteums after ovalution,AOPPs also could be found,especially in the cytoplasm of thecal cells in the corpus luteums.In addition,the metamorphic granular cells and condensate oocytes in atretic follicles were unignored sites for AOPPs expression.Conlusions AOPPs were found in SD rats follicles at every developmental stage,and AOPPs may be correlated with the function of granular cells and the development of oocytes.
