积雪草甙对实验大鼠乳腺增生的防治

摘　　要：目的:研究积雪草甙对实验大鼠乳腺增生症的预防和治疗作用。方法:应用苯甲酸雌二醇、黄体酮制备大鼠乳腺增生症模型。在制备模型同时或之后,灌服积雪草甙。于给予受试药后第32天测量左右两个乳房直径、高度和乳头直径;放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)浓度;镜下观察乳腺增生的病理改变,计算乳腺增生率和增生程度。结果:积雪草甙能显著降低实验性大鼠乳腺增生症的发生率,抑制乳腺增生程度,调节血清E2和P浓度,改善E2/P比值。结论:积雪草甙能降低乳腺增生程度,减少乳腺增生症的发生率,有望成为预防和治疗乳腺增生症的候选药物。Objective:To investigate the effects of asiaticoside on preventing mastoplasia in experimental rat. Methods:Benzoate estradiol and progestin were applied to prepare mastoplasia models in rats. While or after preparing model, asiaticoside was orally administered. Two mamma diameters and heights and mammilla diameters on the both side were measured after thirty two days. Content of the serum estradiol and progestin were detected by radioimmunology, the pathological changes in hyperplasia were observed under microscope, the rate and degree of hyperplasia were envaluted.Results:Asiaticoside can obviously decrease the rate of hypoplasia and inhibit the degree of the hyperplasia, modulate the content of serum E2 and P, and improve the ratio of E2/P on mastoplasia model in rats. Conclusion:The data suggest that asiaticoside can prevent mastoplasia in rats and be regarded as a reasonable candidate for a therapeutic drug.
