摘 要:目的:比较不同静电场强(电压)对振荡培养及静态培养的大肠埃希菌生长代谢的刺激效应。方法:取大肠埃希菌分别置于37℃恒温振荡及37℃恒温静置培养,同时外加不同电压。常规方法测定细菌浓度和生长速率。结果:在特定条件下,细菌浓度随培养时间延长而增加,300V时生长速率明显高于对照组,更高于1200V。但动、静态培养结果及不同场强对细菌增殖速率的影响不同,动态培养优于静置培养。结论:中、低电压的静电辐射对微生物的生长代谢有明显的刺激作用(生长率提高20%~33%)。Objective:To compare the effects of different static electricity field intensity(SEFI,voltage) on the metabolism of E coli cultured in oscillating or static conditions. Methods:E coli were cultured under constant temperature of 37 ℃and different SEFI in oscillating or static conditions. The concentrations and growth rates were detected by routine methods. Results:Under definite conditions the more the time of culture was, the more increased the bacteria were. The growth rate under 300 V of SEFI was much higher than that of control group and 1 200 V group. The growth rates were different in oscillating culture and static culture conditions. The oscillating culture showed higher growth rate than the static culture. Conclusion: The middle and low static electrical radiations have distinct stimulus effects on the metabolism of E cloi (the growth rate is enhanced by 20%~33%).
