溃结灵对实验性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察清热利湿方溃结灵对实验性溃疡性结肠炎模型的治疗作用。方法 :用兔结肠加弗氏佐剂和二硝基氯苯的免疫方法复制溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型 ,用乙酸法复制小鼠溃疡性结肠炎动物模型。经溃结灵水煎剂和柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SASP)治疗后 ,观察结肠病理变化及检测血清TNF α和IL 6的含量。结果 :大鼠病理结果显示 :溃结灵高、中剂量组、SASP组的溃疡数、糜烂点及结肠损伤分数明显低于对照组 ,溃结灵高、中剂量组、SASP组TNF α含量明显低于对照组 ,IL 6含量各组变化不明显 ;小鼠病理结果显示 :溃结灵高、中剂量组、SASP组与空白对照组在溃疡数、糜烂点方面有显著性差异。结论 :溃结灵对兔结肠免疫法、二硝基氯苯化学致敏法及乙酸法溃疡性结肠炎模型有较好的治疗作用 ,其作用机制之一可能与其对细胞因子TNF α和IL 6的抑制作用有关。Object: To study the effect of Kuijieling on experimental ulcer colitis (UC) in rats. Methods: UC models in rats were induced by Freunds, dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) and acetic acid, followed by the treatment with administration of Kuijieling orally. Then the histopathological changes including the ulcer, erosion and the soakage of lymphocyte were measured under optical microscope. Radio-immunity method was used in measuring the content of IL-6 and TNF-α. Results:The pathologic changes of colon mucosa were greatly improved, and inflammative degree of mucosa and the content of cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α in treated group were significantly decreased compared to untreated group. Conclusion: Kujieling has the obvious effect of anti-ulcer.
