摘　　要：配电子网的投资决策问题应该从社会效益最佳的角度出发来考虑。将电网方与用户方的投资行为结合起来考虑 ,在分析供电可靠性指标的基础上考虑用户的停电损失 ,并将停电损失与投资费用相结合 ,从而得到年费用最低的投资方案。结果表明 。The investment decision-making of distribution power sub-system should be considered under the best social benefit. The investment of the power system and the user are taken into consideration in this paper. The loss of power cut is also considered in this paper, which is based on the reliability of the power. Combined the loss and the investment, the lowest cost scheme is found. The result shows that the best scheme depends on the conditions both of the user and of the power system.
