声带息肉与其它病变喉显微外科手术的临床总结

摘　　要：本文报道102例喉病患者,在气管内插管加肌肉松驰剂的全麻下,以支撑喉镜行显微手术治疗。其中声带息肉88例,均手术切除,术后近期发音恢复正常者占90%,并对其4种手术方法,适应证,疗效进行分析。One hundred and two cases of microsurgery ere performed for vocal cord polyps and other sions under general anesthesia, intratracheal inbation and microscopic suspension laryngoscopy with the aid of muscle relaxin. All of the 88 cases of vocal cord lesions were resected successfully. Normal phonation was restored in 90% of the operated patients. Four kinds of surgical techniques and their indications and results are discussed.
