摘　　要：本文调查了623株致病菌的药敏试验。结果表明:金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率达96.1%,对卡那霉素也有较高的耐药率。MRSA的分离率为16.3%。大肠杆菌对羧苄及氨苄青霉素耐药率也较高。绿脓杆菌首选药仍为多粘菌素B。623 clinical isolates collected in Tian Tan hospital were examined for bacterial resistance to the druss from september 1988 to march 1990. Data showed that S aureus had 96.1% resistant rate to penicillin and high resistant rate to kanamycin erythromycin and SMZco. MRSA was isolated in 16.3% from all S. aureus. E. coli had high resistant rate to ampicillin and earbenicillin. polymyxin B is still the first choice for P. aeruginosa.
