摘　　要：“走出去”战略与西部大开发一样 ,是关系我国发展大局和前途的重大战略。“走出去”一般指企业向海外投资。对一个省来讲 ,“走出去”的发展程度并不直接就同这个省的综合经济实力相关联 ,起决定作用的还是企业在产业上和产品上的比较优势。四川也有自身的独特优势 ,应该积极实施“走出去”战略。The same as Western Development, the 'Stepping out' Strategy is essential to the development and future of our country. Generally speaking, 'Stepping out' refers to overseas investment of enterprises. For a province, the development degree of 'Stepping out' is not directly related to its economic competence, and what are essential are still the comparative advantages in terms of industry and product. With special advantages, Sichuan should carry out the 'Stepping out' Strategy actively.
