阿奇霉素治疗小儿下呼吸道感染112例

摘　　要：目的 :评价阿奇霉素粉针剂对小儿下呼吸系统感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :选择下呼吸道患儿 186例 ,分为治疗组 112例 ,对照组 74例。治疗组给予阿奇霉素 6～ 8mg·kg 1 ·d 1 ,qd ,静脉滴注 ;对照组给予红霉素 2 0～ 2 5mg·kg 1 ·d 1 ,静脉滴注。疗程均 5～ 7d。结果 :治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为 69.64 %和 48.64 % ,总有效率分别为89.2 8%和 72 .97%。两组比较差异有显著性 (均P <0 .0 5 )。两组胃肠道反应发生率分别为 18.0 3 %和 67.5 6% ,注射部位疼痛发生率 7.14 %和 14 .86%。两组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :阿奇霉素治疗小儿下呼吸道感染疗效较好 ,不良反应少。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin injection in treating lower respiratory tract infection of children. Method:A total of 186 patients were included in this study, 112 cases treated with Azithromycin were compared with 74 cases treated with Erythromycin. Drugs were administered by intravenous drip once daily for 5～7 days, at a daily dose of 6～8 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 of Azithromycin or 20～25 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 of Erythromycin. Results:The overall clinical efficacious rate of Azithromycin was 89.28%. and that of Erythromycin was 72.97%. There was significant difference( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions for Azithromycin was lower than that for Erythromycin. Conclusion:Azithromycin is an effective and safe antibiotic for the treatment of lower airway infection in childern.
