40例甲状腺疾病患者红细胞抗体测定

摘　　要：对40例各种甲状腺疾病,虽作了红细胞结合荧光标记羊抗人IgG(FITC-SAH IgG)测定。可见其红细胞结合IgG值明显高于正常。甲亢患者治疗后,此值下降。提示在这类患者中免疫失调可能累及造血系统。但这种影响往往是亚临床型。甲状腺疾患的造血情况以及自身免疫因素对血细胞的影响值得进一步探索。Erythrocyte binding fluoresceinated sheep anti-human IgG antibody (RBC-IgG) were higher significantly than normal (P<0.01) for 40 patients with various thyroid disease deteeted. The RBC-IgG was dropped in 14 cases of hyperthyroidism after successful treatment The results snggested that the hematopoietic system may be involved in the mechanism of immune disregulation and this involvement is a subclinical manifestation. The hematopoiesis and autoimmune effect to the blood cell in patients with thyroid disorders are interesting subjects for further study.
