摘　　要：目的　介绍 1 1例心脏移植术后患者的免疫治疗和护理体会。方法　 1 1例终末期心肌病患者 ,心脏移植术后 ,免疫抑制治疗方案 :FK5 0 6结合骁悉胶囊和甲基强地松龙 ,护理 :检测血药浓度及各项药物代谢免疫反应指标 ,适当调整用药量。结果　 8例患者病情稳定 ,生活质量良好 ,死亡 3例。结论　成功的对 1Objective To introduce the experiences of immunotherapy and nursing of heart transplantation patients. Methods 11 cases of end stage myocardiopathy patients undergone Orthotopic heart transplantation. Fk506 combined with methylprednisolone and Yao Xi capsule was used as immunosuppressants, the dosages were modulated according to the serum concentration and the indexes of drug metabolism and immunological reactions. Results Conditions of eight patients have been stable till now and theirs quality of life is good. Three patients died. Conclusions Our immunosuppressive therapy and nursing to the 11 cases of heart transplantation patients are successful.
