对Ⅱ型糖尿病人血液粘度变化的观察

摘　　要：糖尿病是老年常见病之一,虽其发病机理及病因尚未完全明确,但血液流变学异常在糖尿病血管合并症发生中可能起着促进作用。我们观察了100例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液流变学改变,现报告如下。The viscosities of whole blood and plasma in 100 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (DM) were measured and compared with those in normal group and non-diabetic group patients with ischemic cardiac and cerebral dise ases. The viscosities of whole blood at high and low shear rates, the relative viscosity at low shear rate and plasma viscosity in DM group were significantly higher than that in normal group, especially the viscosities of whole b1ood (P<0.005～0.001). The whole blood viscosity at low shear rate in diabetics was increased markedlv than in the Rroup of ischemic cardiac and cerebral discases. It is suggested that the aggregative ability of red blood cell is increascd and its deformability is decreased in patients with diabetes. Mechanisms of hemorrheologic changes in diabetics were briefly discussed.
