三果汤对中医温病后期患者32例治疗作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨藏药三果汤对中医温病后期的治疗作用。方法 从临床角度,选择部份高热恢复期病员为观察对象,并建立相应的对照组,就三果汤对中医温病后期的治疗作用,进行对照观察。结果 藏药三果汤对中医温病后期,具有显著的临床疗效,表现在该药能明显改善病员的神疲乏力、纳差等症状(P<0.01),尤以缓解神疲乏力疗效显著,与对照组比较,P<0.05。结论 藏药三果汤对中医温病后期患者的治疗,疗效显著。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of the traditional Tibetan drug SAN-GUO Tang on febriledisease during convalescence. Methods Some patients with febrile disease during convalescence were selected forthe comparison with a correspondent control group in observing the therapeutic effects of SAN-GUO TANG. Re-sults The traditional Tibetan drug SAN-GUO Tang is of significant therapeutic efficacy in the supportive treat-ment of febrile patients during convalescence, and its efficacy was manifested by visible improvement of such symp-toms as weariness,weakness,poor appetite and so on (p, 0.01). An especially remarkable effect was observed in re-lieving weariness and weakness of the patients, P<0.05 in comparison with the control group. Conclusion Thetraditional Tibetan drug SAN-GUO TANG has a significant therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of febrile diseasepatients during convalescence.
