摘 要:浙粳 2 0是浙江省农业科学院育成的优质抗病中熟晚粳新品种 ,茎秆粗壮 ,株形紧凑 ,丰产性好。其特点是品质优、高抗稻瘟病。稻米胶稠度指标明显优于对照秀水 11、秀水 6 3。垩白度指标与秀水 11相仿 ,比秀水 6 3低约 5 0 %。米饭柔软 ,食味佳。叶瘟抗性平均级为 0 ,穗瘟抗性平均级和最高级分别为 1.3和 3.0 ,穗瘟平均级和最高级损失率分别为 0 .8%和 3.0 % ,明显优于对照秀水 11和秀水 6 3。Zhejing 20, a new japonica variety with mid maturity, showed excellent traits of good grain quality and high resistance to blast (Piricularia oryzae) as well as such characters as thick stem of plant, reasonable type of plant and high yield. Gelatine consistency of its milled rice was evidently enhanced compared with 2 checks Xiushui 11 and Xiushui 63. Chalkiness degree was almost similar to Xiushui 11, but about 50% lower than Xiushui 63. Its cooked rice tasted soft, smooth and delicious. Blast resistance of Zhejing 20 appeared to be obvious superior to the above 2 checks, which was 0 in average and highest grade of leaf blast resistance, 1.3 and 3.0 in that of panicle blast resistance, and only 0.8% and 3.0% in damage rate of average and highest grade for panicle blast, respectively.
