摘　　要：目的　总结更昔洛韦联合利巴韦林治疗 5 5例儿童病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法　将 1997年 1月至2 0 0 2年 7月收治的病毒性脑炎 10 6例分成治疗组和对照组 ,进行回顾性分析。结果　治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,总有效率差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　治疗儿童病毒性脑炎 ,联合用药的方法起效快 ,效果好 ,安全。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ganciclovir combined with ribavivir in treating children viral encephalitis.Methods 106 cases of viral encephalitis were divided into a treatment group and control group from January 1997 to June 2002 in the hospital and analyzed retrospectively. Results The therapeutic effect is better in treatment group than that in control group.The total cure rate was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of ganciclovir combined with ribavivir in treating viral encephalitis was faster,better and safer.
