摘　　要：在工程成本的基础上 ,对《中华人民共和国招投标法》中的成本价问题进行了分析 ,并介绍了一种如何确定“报价不低于成本”的评定方法。On the basis of project cost,the paper analyzes the item of cost prices in the Bid-Tender Law of the People′s Republic of China and introduces an evaluation method which confirms the bid price no lower than the cost.
