摘　　要：证券市场监管一直是困扰与制约我国证券市场发展的主要问题 ,特别是最近我国股票市场所暴露出的诸多问题 ,使得如何加强证券市场监管成为当前经济学界的热点之一。作者从我国证券市场现存的问题出发 ,分析了我国证券市场监管现存的问题 ,并对完善我国证券市场监管体制提出了对策建议。Securities business supervision has always been an obstacle to the development of securities business in China. Especially there are many problems exposed from stock market recently, which make how to strengthen securities business supervision be the foucs in the economic field at present. This paper firstly analyzes the problems in the securities business, then on the basis of which the author analyses the problems of securities business supervision in China. At last, the author brings forward some suggestions to perfect the system of securities business supervision in China.
