摘　　要：请求权基础检查是一个具有很强实践意义的问题 ,但却没有引起足够的重视。顺序思维方式和请求权思维方式是请求权基础检查的主要思维方式。请求权基础检查应当依照一定的顺序进行 。The inspection of the basis for right of claim has great practical significance, but it does not draw enough attention. Its main way of thinking includes the sequence thinking and claim right one. It must follow certain order in the inspection of the basis of claim right to avoid missing or repetitive checks due to disorder of inspection.
