摘  要:以氯化锌、铁氰化钾 (含有螯合剂 )的水溶液为原料 ,合成了铁锌双金属氰化物 (DMC)催化剂 .为获得高活性的 DMC催化剂 ,需将叔丁醇、多元醇螯合剂螯合至其结构中 .用 XRD、 XPS等分析手段 ,对铁锌 DMC催化剂的结构与活性进行分析表征 .实验发现 ,DMC催化剂的晶体结构与螯合剂密切相关 .螯合剂能显著降低 DMC催化剂的结晶程度 ,从而提高 DMC催化剂的活性 .同时 ,氯化锌过量也有利于 DMC催化剂活性的提高 .并表征了相关A new kind of double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalysts was made and developed by reaction aqueous solution of zinc chloride and potassium hexacyanoferrate with complexing agents to form a precipitate of the DMC compound. For obtaining favorable catalyst activity, the organic complexing agents such as t \|butanol and polyols are employed. The complexing agents are incorporated into the catalyst structure, and are required for active catalysts. XRD, XPS and other analytical technologies are employed to characterize the structure and properties of Fe/ Zn DMC catalysts. It had been found that the complexing agents are great related to the crystalline degree of Fe/Zn DMC catalysts. They can effectively reduce the crystalline degree of Fe/Zn DMC catalysts and improve Fe/Zn DMC activity. Otherwise the crystalline degree of Fe/Zn DMC catalysts can be reduced with zinc chloride used excessively. The active center of the DMC catalyst, which could be characterized by XPS, is Zn\+\{2+\}, 3- , H\-2O, Cl - and their complexing agents compounds.
