摘 要:建立了用毛细管区带电泳分离和测定α_萘酚和 β_萘酚的方法 ,在70cm×50μmID毛细管中,采用pH10.0、浓度20mmol/L的硼砂缓冲溶液 ,可将该两异构体分离 ,紫外检测波长为214nm,α_萘酚和 β_萘酚的线性范围分别为7.5~300mg/L和10.0~400mg/L,检出限分别为1.5mg/L和2.0mg/L;当两者质量浓度比在30∶1~1∶53范围内 。A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of α - naphthol and β - naphthol was deve-loped by capillary zone electrophoresis. The two isomers can be separated by using pH 10.0 borate buffer of 20 mmol/L in 70 cm×50 μm(ID) capillary. The two isomers were detected by UV detector at wavelength of 214 nm. The linearity ranges of α - naphthol and β - naphthol are 7.5~300 mg/L and 10.0~400 mg/L, respectively, and detection limits are 1.5 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L, respectively. The accuracy and precision of results obtained are satisfactory when the concentration ratio of α - naphthol to β - naphthol is in the range from 30∶1 to 1∶53.
