摘  要:使用管式反应器在 6 0 0℃~ 90 0℃范围内考察了温度和煤种等对煤中氮热解转化成HCN和NH3的影响。实验结果表明 :热解的温度越高 ,气相产物中的HCN和NH3的生成量越大 ;煤化程度越高 ,煤中氮转化为HCN的量越少 ;惰质组含量较高的煤样 ,热解生成的NH3较多。在这些实验的基础上 。The formation of HCN and NH 3 during coal pyrolysis was studied in a tubular quartz reactor at 600?℃~900?℃ The results have been discussed in terms of some factors that affect the nitrogen distribution, including temperature, coal rank and petrographic composition of coal It indicated that temperature are very important for the formation of HCN and NH 3 The yields of HCN and NH 3 from coal pyrolysis were increasing with increasing temperature Coal rank and petrographic composition are important factors influencing the formation of HCN and NH 3 during pyrolysis Among the coals studied, the yeilds of HCN decrease with increasing coal rank and the inertinite rich coal (CC A and CC B) tends to give more NH 3 during pyrolysis than the other coals
