摘 要:利用XRD、TPR和EXAFS等手段 ,研究了Fe助剂对Cu Fe2 O3 ZrO2 催化剂物化特性的影响 ,同时研究了对甲醇水蒸气重整反应活性和选择性的影响。结果表明 ,Fe对Cu ZrO2 催化剂结构有一定的修饰作用。添加Fe助剂后 ,铜的分散度提高 ,催化剂的起始还原温度提前 ,还原温度区间缩短 ;同时甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应催化活性上升 ,氢选择性提高 ,产物中CO含量降低 。The performance of Fe modified Cu/ZrO 2 catalysts was characterized by means of XRD, TPR, EXAFS, and tested by methanol steam reforming The XRD results showed that the dispersion of copper was improved by the addition of iron promoter It was found from TPR that the onset temperature of reduction was downward shifted and the duration of reduction process was shortened after iron addition Furthermore, it was obtained for reaction testing that the catalytic activity, as well as the selectivity of hydrogen over iron promoted Cu/ZrO 2 catalysts were also increased In terms of activity and selectivity, the catalyst with Fe/Cu molar ratio of 0 06 was the optimal value of the promoter content
