摘  要:采用溶胶 凝胶法在γ Al2 O3上制备出负载型纳米TiO2 ,并用XRD ,TEM对TiO2 的晶型及粒子大小进行了表征。结果表明 ,在 5 5 0℃煅烧后 ,TiO2 仍为锐钛矿结构 ,且通过控制制备条件 ,TiO2 粒径可控制在 5nm~ 10nm之间及 15nm~ 2 0nm之间 ,TiO2 都以纳米粒子的形式高分散负载在γ Al2 O3上。另外 ,还用NH3 TPD对复合载体进行酸性表征。实验发现 ,纳米TiO2 对复合载体的酸量影响较大。复合载体的酸量并不是随TiO2 含量的增加而一直下降 ,而是先降低 ,当TiO2 含量达到 30 %后又开始增加。纳米TiO2 对复合载体的酸强度和酸度分布影响较小。Nanosized titania supported on γ Al 2O 3 was prepared by sol gel method The structure and size of titania in the combined supports were determined by XRD and TEM The results showed that titania in the supports was anatase after calcined at 550?℃ The size of such supported titania can be controlled in 5?nm~10?nm and 15?nm~20?nm under different conditions TEM observation showed that these nanosized particles were uniformly dispersed on the support The universality of the method used here indicates that it likely can be used to prepare different contents of titania with the same size supported on alumina NH 3 TPD was used to measure supports' acidic features Combined supports showed larger acid amount than γ Al 2O 3 Nanosized titania had more influence on acid amount than on acid strength and distribution
