摘 要:目的 介绍神经导航手术的临床应用经验。方法 在1997年9月至2001年9月连续进行的252例神经外科手术中,使用StealthStation神经导航系统指导手术操作。结果252例平均坐标误差为(2.12±0.89)mm,预期准确性为(2.74±0.99)mm。在239病灶切除术中,病灶全切除85.7%,术后症状改善或不变87.9%。在7例内窥镜手术中,5例囊肿行开窗术、2例胆脂瘤次全切除。7例活检和4例穿刺成功率100%。结论 神经导航准确、可靠,有助于提高手术疗效,降低手术并发症。Objective To introduce the clinical experience of neuronavigator-guided surgery. Methods A consecutive analysis of 252 cases with a wide rang of intracranial lesions surgically treated with the guidance of StealthStation neuronavigation from September 1997 to September 2001 was conducted. Results Among 252 cases, the overall MFE (mean fiducial error) and PA (predicted accuracy) were (2.12±0.89) mm, and (2.74±0.99) mm, respectively. In 239 cases of lesionectomy operations, total lesion removal was achieved in 85.7%. Neurological symptoms improved or unchanged in 87.9%. In 7 endoscopic surgeries, fenestration was achieved in 5 cystic cases, and 2 epidermoids were subtotally resected. Biopsy procedures and shunt surgeries were successfully performed in 7 and 4 cases respectively. Conclusion Neuronavigation is of great accuracy and reliability. The application of this technique can dramatically improve surgical effect and decrease surgical complications.
