摘　　要：加强大学生党员队伍建设 ,是高校党建工作的重要内容 ,是培养社会主义事业接班人的重要举措。高度重视大学生党建工作是加强大学生党员队伍建设的前提条件 ;抓教育、早培养、严把关、重修养是加强大学生党员队伍建设的重要措施 ;系统培养考察入党积极分子是加强大学生党员队伍建设的重点难点。Strengthening the construction of the party members in the college students is the important work for the Party's construction in high school. Also it is one of the important measures to cultivate the successors to carry on the cause of socialism. Paying high attention to the work of building party's construction in the college students is the condition of strengthening the constrution of party. It is the main measures to grasp education. earlier cultivate and be strict to it. It is the difficult and important points to cultivate and check the party activist.
