摘　　要：高校学生的学费和住宿费 ,已成为高校办学经费的主要来源。长期以来 ,大学生拖欠学费的现象一直困扰着高校 ,影响了高校的建设和发展。本文对学生欠费的现象和成因进行了分析和思考 ,提出了解决问题的对策与办法。College students' tuition and lodging fee has become the main source of expenses for the school to maintain its running. Since long time ago, the phenomenon of college students' owing tuition has been bothering each college, and even has affected its construction and development.This article gives us careful analysis and consideration to the phenomenon and reason to the students' owing tuition. Further more, it raises the tactics and solution to solve this problem.
