^(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌灌注断层显像与冠状动脉造影的对比研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)心肌灌注断层显像对冠心病的诊断价值。方法　 34例99mTc -MIBI心肌灌注断层显像与冠状动脉造影 (CAG)结果进行对比。结果　99mTc-MIBI心肌灌注断层显像对冠心病诊断的敏感性为 91.7%,特异性为 80 .0 %。对右冠状动脉、左冠状动脉前降支和左冠状动脉回旋支的诊断阳性率分别为 85 .7%、92 .3%和 71.4%,总的阳性预测值为 91.7%,阴性预测值为 80 .0 %。结论　99mTc -MIBI心肌灌注断层显像对冠心病的诊断有较大价值。Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value of 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion with SPECT imaging for coronary heart disease.Methods Comparative analysis of 34 patients with coronary heart disease by 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion withSPECT imaging and coronary artery angiography.Results For the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,The sensitivity and specificity of 99m Tc-MIBI myocordial perfusion with SPECT imaging were 91.7%,80.0%. For the diagnasis of right coronary artery,left coronary anterior descending,left coronary anterior circumflex,The positive rate were 85.7%,92.3%,71.4%.The positive predictive value and the negative predictive value were 91.7%,80.0%.Conclusions 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion with SPECT imaging could play an important role in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
