计划与市场的有机结合

摘　　要：“一加多”制是国家在特别重要部门建立一个直接受国家直接指令的计划体系。由此体系引导这一部门受市场调节相互竞争的多个市场竞争所构成的市场体系,并影响全社会经济运行,计划与市场有机结合达到资源合理配置。本文阐述了“一加多”制的特点、适用行业及优越性。The system of“one plus more”is a planning system in which direct instructions from the government are send to some key industries,and which pilots these industries to the market system in which some markets are competing with one another,thus influences economy of the whole society.This system can promote the sound combination of planning and markets to allocate resources more reasonably.We have introduced in this paper the characteristics,advantages of this system to which the industries can he applied.
