摘　　要：本文在国外对公司绩效与经理持股关系的研究基础上,利用三次方模型对我国上市公司的情况进行了实证检验。实证结果支持Morck等人的研究结论,并给出了目前状况下我国上市公司经理持股比例的区间范围。This paper introduces the theory and research result on the relationship between the manager shareholding and the corporate performance.By using the cube equation,it empirically studies the issue in Chinese public corporation.The result supports the research conclusions given by Mork et al.It also suggests the ratable range of manager shareholding in Chinese public corporation presently.
