摘 要: 对江苏省近几年育成的20个高产粳稻品种的12个品质性状进行了遗传力分析、相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明:广义遗传力较高的水稻品质性状有粒长、长宽比、垩白率、糙米率、精米率;糙米率、粒长、垩白度、蛋白质含量和胶稠度可作为鉴定稻米品质的主要性状;品质性状之间、品质性状与农艺性状之间存在较复杂的相关关系,其中着粒密度、千粒重对品质性状影响较大。选择着粒密度适中、二次枝梗少和粒形偏长、粒重适中的品种是提高江苏省稻米品质的重要途径。Heritability , correlation and principal components of 12 quality properties for 20 highyielding Japonica rice cultivars in Jiangsu province were analyzed. The properties of grain length ,length/width, chalkyrice,brown rice rate and milled rice rate expressed higher broadsense heritability. Brown rice rate , chalkiness, protein content and gel consistency were considered as the principal properties for identifying rice quality , from the results of principal components analysis. The relationship among quality properties,and relationship between quality properties and agronomic properties were complex . Selecting the panicle with suitable grain density and few second branches, and the grains with rather length and middle weight were the important ways to improve the quality of rice cultivars in Jiangsu province .
