益气升陷法对慢性病毒性心肌炎小鼠心排血量及神经内分泌影响的研究

摘  要:目的 :探讨慢性病毒性心肌炎 (CVMC)小鼠心功能、肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统的变化情况及益气升陷法的治疗作用。方法 :给BALB C雄性小鼠腹腔接种柯萨奇B3 病毒(CVB3m)复制CVMC模型 ,采用CBI- 80 0 0Doppler生理研究系统测试心排血量 ,使用放免法测定小鼠血浆心钠素 (ANP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)、内皮素 (ET)的含量。结果 :CVMC小鼠心功能明显下降 ,心输出量降低 ,其血浆ANP、ET、AngⅡ和ALD含量明显升高 ;益气升陷法能显著降低其含量 ,纠正神经内分泌的异常激活 ,提高心排血量 ,改善心功。结论 :CVMC多伴有心功能不全 ,并且存在着肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统的激活而使一系列的内分泌激素释放 ,二者有相关性。益气升陷法能明显增加CVMC心排出量 ,显著改善心功能 ,降低其血浆ANP、ET、AngⅡ和ALD的含量 ,证实纠正神经内分泌的异常激活是该法治疗CVMC的治疗机制之一。Objective:To observe the changes of cardiac function,rennin-angiotension-aldosterone system in mice model of Chronic Viral Myocarditis(CVMC) and to discuss the treatment effect of the therapy of invigorating qi and ascending qi collapse on action them. Methods:The mice model was established by being injected with CVB 3M Using CBI-8000 Doppler Physiological System to test cardiac output and immunoradiotherapy to test the content of mice plasma ANP,AngⅡ,ALD,ET. Results: The therapy can decrease plasma ANP, AngⅡ,ALD,ET significantly,rectify the abnormal reaction of neuroendocrine in CVMCC,increase cardiac output and improve cardiac function. Conclusion:CVMC can be accompanied with cardiac function failure and releasing of endocrine harmone by activating rennin-angiotension-aldosterone system. Two of them have the relationships. The therapy can decrease plasma ANP,AngⅡ,ALD,ET significantly,rectify the abnormal reaction of neuroendocrine in CVM,increase cardiac output and improve cardiac function which testify that rectifying the abnormal activation of neuroendocrine is one of mechanisms of the therapy treatment on CVMC.
