摘  要:现有的医院绩效评价指标体系存在诸多缺陷,构建新的考评体系须立足于医院的硬件与软件、结果考评与过程考评、供给能力与实际水平相结合,供给结构与需求结构相一致以及考评主体多元化。从医院改革、医院的目标功能及任务、非医护管理、医护管理、人力资源、业务能力与技术水平、卫生筹资公平、市场份额、思想政治工作、医德医风及患者和公众满意度等10个方面考评医院绩效,进而评价医院绩效。The present system has a lot of defects, which does not fit the increasingly developing health situation and the socialist market economy. In constructing new evaluation system, hardware and software, process - oriented and result - oriented evaluation, supply capability and actual conditions, the unity of supply and demand structure and the variety of evaluation must be combined. The evaluation of star hotels can be taken into account in the establishment of new hospital performance evaluation system on the basis of health reform, the purpose and function and task of hospitals, hospital and non - hospital management, human resources, operational skills and skills, fair health fund - raising, market share, political and ideological work and the contentment of patients.
