摘  要:目的 观察狗冲击伤复合破片伤后脂质过氧化情况。方法 将 2 1只四川地区成年健康杂种狗分成 3组 ,每组 7只 ,分别行破片、冲击波及冲击波复合破片致伤 ,测定各组伤前及伤后各时相点血中性粒细胞自由基释放量与血浆过氧化脂质LPO的含量 ;同时观察各组动物肺损伤的情况。结果  3组伤后中性粒细胞自由基释放量与血过氧化脂质均有不同程度的升高 ,其中以复合伤组最为明显 ,这与复合伤组动物伤情最严重是一致的。结论 脂质过氧化在破片伤、冲击伤及两者复合伤后的继发性损伤中可能起一定作用 。Objective To observe the changes of lipid peroxidation(MDA level) and superoxide anions released by PMNs after blast, shell fragment and combined injury of the both.?Methods Three groups of dogs each contained 7 animals were inflicted with blast, shell fragment and blast fragment combined injury respectively. After infliction of trauma,changes of lipid peroxidation and superoxide anions released by PMNs were determined.?Results The amount of superoxide anions released by PMNs in all three groups increased and reached the peak value in 6th and 12th hour after injuries,then slightly decreased. The pattern of changes of plasma MDA level was similar to those of superoxide anions released by PMNs after injury. Those changes were most marked in the combined injury group. The injury of the lungs were also most severe in the combined injury group.?Conclusion Lipid peroxidation may cause secondary injuries after primary blast, shell fragment and blast fragment combined injury and may play a role in the mechanism of increasing injury severity of the lungs caused by shell fragment infliction after blast injury.
