摘　　要：分析了控制系统传动压接头的冲压工艺 ,介绍了成形该零件的多工位级进模结构及模具制造中应注意问题。对类似厚材料小半径卷圆零件的多工位级进模设计有一定的参考价值。The stamping technology of driving latch in controlling system was analyzed.The structure of progressive mould was introduced.The problems that need attention in manufacturing process were stated.There was some reference value to similar parts with big thickness and litter bending radius.
